Hi, I’m Emma, a psychotherapist here to help you through life’s challenges. I offer face-to-face sessions in Richmond, Surrey, and online therapy for clients around the world, from the UK to far beyond. I support people dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or major life changes. My journey into therapy started as the person everyone trusted with their struggles, and now, as a qualified psychotherapist, I’m here to help you find clarity and strength.

I became a psychotherapist after seeing how many felt stuck in their challenges. I wanted to offer real change, not just a chat. In my integrative practice, I blend approaches to fit your needs, with Person-Centred therapy to honour your unique experiences, Psychodynamic therapy to explore past patterns, CBT for practical tools, mindfulness to reduce stress, and many other methods depending on what suits you best.

Why does therapy work? First, it’s a space to be truly heard. Life moves fast, and we rarely get to pause. Whether we meet in-person or online, therapy gives you 50 minutes to focus on you, unpacking a tough relationship or calming anxious thoughts. Clients often feel lighter after just one session, like a weight has lifted.

I’ve helped clients uncover how past experiences shape their present, giving them insight to make new choices.
