Taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting. You don't need to know exactly what to say, just start where you are. Completing this form is a confidential and no-pressure way to get in touch. I'll respond to discuss what you're looking for, answer any questions, and explore whether working together feels right for you.

What happens next?

Once you get in touch, I'll arrange a free 20-minute phone consultation. This is simply a chance for us to have an informal conversation about what's brought you to therapy and what you're hoping to get from it. There's no commitment required and no expectation to have everything figured out before we speak.

Who I work with

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and more. I offer both in-person sessions in Richmond, Surrey and online therapy to clients across the UK.

Availability

I currently have availability for new clients. Sessions can be booked weekly or fortnightly, depending on your needs and schedule.
