Online Therapy

I offer online counselling and psychotherapy to clients across the UK and Europe via secure video call. Online therapy provides the same quality of therapeutic relationship and professional care as in-person work, with the added flexibility of being able to access sessions from wherever you are.

Whether you're unable to travel, prefer the ease of connecting from home, or live outside of South West London, online therapy means that distance is no barrier to getting the support you need.

Online therapy at a glance

•       Who it's for: Adults across the UK and Europe looking for flexible, accessible counselling and psychotherapy

•       How it works: Sessions take place via secure video call. You'll receive a link before each session and connect from a private space of your choosing

•       What's covered: The full range of my integrative approach, including person-centred, psychodynamic, CBT, and mindfulness-based methods

•       Session length: 50 minutes, typically weekly, though frequency is always agreed together

Is online therapy as effective as in person?

Research consistently shows that online therapy can be just as effective as face-to-face work for a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, grief, and relationship difficulties. Many clients find that, after a session or two, the online format feels entirely natural and some actively prefer it.

What matters most in therapy is the quality of the relationship between therapist and client. That can be built just as genuinely through a screen as it can in a room together and many people find that connecting from a familiar, comfortable space helps them open up more freely.

Where I work with online clients

I work online with clients across the UK including those in London, Surrey, and South West London who may prefer the convenience of remote sessions, as well as clients based in Europe. I am particularly well placed to support:

•       Clients across the UK who are unable to travel to Richmond or Twickenham

•       Expats and British nationals living in Europe who want to work with an English-speaking therapist

•       People whose schedules, caring responsibilities, or health make in-person attendance difficult

•       Anyone who simply prefers the flexibility and privacy of working from home

All online sessions take place via a secure, encrypted video platform. Details are shared ahead of your first session. You'll just need a private space, a reliable internet connection, and a device with a camera and microphone.

Combination sessions

Some clients choose to combine both formats, meeting in person when possible, and switching to online when life gets in the way. This kind of flexibility is something we can arrange together.

Bringing it together

Online therapy removes the barriers of distance and travel without compromising on the depth or quality of the work. Whether you're based in the UK or Europe, I offer a warm, professional therapeutic space, accessible from wherever you are. If you'd like to find out more or book a free 20-minute consultation, I'd love to hear from you.
