My Therapy Services
Online & In-Person in Richmond, Surrey
I offer compassionate, personalised integrative therapy tailored to your unique needs and goals. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, I draw from a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques to create a supportive space where you feel truly heard, understood, and empowered.
Whether you're seeking practical tools for immediate relief, deeper insight into long-standing patterns, or help navigating life's transitions, we'll work collaboratively to build coping skills, uncover strengths, and help you move forward with renewed clarity and purpose.
I work with adults (18+) experiencing a wide range of challenges, both online (UK-wide and international via secure video) and in-person at my calm therapy rooms in Richmond, Surrey. Sessions are typically 50 minutes, with a free 20-minute initial consultation to see if we're a good fit.
My Integrative Approach
What is integrative therapy? Integrative therapy combines elements from different therapeutic models, allowing flexibility to meet you exactly where you are. I adapt our work based on what feels most helpful, whether that's exploring past influences, developing present-moment awareness, building practical strategies, or focusing on your unique experiences and relationships.
This personalised blend draws on evidence-based approaches, ensuring therapy is collaborative, non-judgmental, and focused on your goals, whether short-term support for a specific issue or longer-term personal growth.
Therapeutic Modalities I Draw From
I integrate a variety of approaches, selecting and blending what best supports you in each moment. We never follow a rigid structure; everything is tailored to you. These may include:
-
Practical strategies to identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours, especially helpful for anxiety, low mood, and building coping skills.
-
Gentle exploration of how past experiences and unconscious patterns may influence your current feelings, relationships, and challenges.
-
A warm, non-directive space that prioritises your own experiences, feelings, and self-understanding, fostering self-acceptance and growth.
-
Tools to cultivate present-moment awareness, reduce overwhelm, and manage stress or emotional intensity.
-
Strengths-based focus on identifying what’s already working, setting achievable goals, and finding actionable steps forward.
-
Emphasis on increasing awareness of the here-and-now, unfinished business, and integrating different parts of yourself.
-
Helping you re-author your story, externalise problems, and discover new meanings and possibilities.
-
Exploring how patterns show up in relationships (with self and others) and building healthier ways of connecting.
